Former Nigeria Vice President, Atiku Abubakar, has expressed happiness for the return of President Muhammadu Buhari from his four-day medical trip to the United Kingdom.
In a tweet today, Atiku said: “I pray that God continues to grant him good health and vitality.”
He wrote: “I welcome @NGRPresident @MBuhari back to the country from his medical trip to the UK.”
The presidential jet which brought President Buhari from London touched down at the presidential wing of the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja at about 6:45pm.
On arrival, Buhari told the Nigeria Television uthority (NTA): “I went for further medical checkup. I am alright.” [myad]
