Wife of the former President, Dame Patience JonathanJustice Mojisola Olatoregun of the Federal High Court in Lagos has ordered the freezing of Ex-First Lady, Patience Jonathan’s several bank accounts in corruption proceeds hidden in bank’s around the country.
The action is believed to be the largest kleptocracy forfeiture action brought against a first lady in the country’s history.
The restraint of funds announced today includes accounts with Skye Bank, Diamond Bank, Stanbic IBTC, Eco Bank and Fidelity bank.
