With such directive, Governor Udom Emmanuel who was declared the winner under the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) of the April 28 governorship election, may have been rattled.
The candidate of All Progressives Congress (APC), Umana Okon Umana went ahead to challeng the outcome.
Governor Emmanuel took over from Godswill Akpabio who also ruled the state under PDP.
No date has been set by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for the conduct of the re-run poll. [myad]
