The Nancy Pelosi-led US House of Representatives had introduced the article for Trump’s second impeachment yesterday, January 11.
The President, for the second time, denied he triggered the deadly attack on the US Capitol and his rally speech before the riots meant no harm.
“They’ve analysed my speech, my words and my final paragraph, my final sentence and everybody just thought it was totally appropriate,” Trump told reporters today, January 12.
