Saudi Prince Who Worked In Spy Agency, Dies In Jet Crash; Tinubu Mourns

Saudi Arabian Prince, Talal bin Abdulaziz bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has died in an aircraft crash, even as President Bola Tinubu of Nigeria sympathized with the government and people of that country.

It was reported that Prince Talal Bin Abdulaziz, 62, died when the Saudi Arabian Air Force’s F-15SA fighter plane crashed in Dhahran on December 7.

The cause of the prince’s death was not disclosed by the Saudi Royal Court.

In a condolence message today, December 9, President Tinubu expressing grief at the loss, saying that the departed Prince’s excellent and dedicated service to his country throughout his outstanding career in the Royal Saudi Air Force and the Saudi Intelligence Agency.

The President prayed God Almighty to grant repose to the soul of the departed, and comfort for the Royal House of Saud, the Kingdom, “and all who mourn this irreparable loss.”
