Former Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Mrs. Farida Waziri has lost her 39 year old daughters, Mrs. Jackie Ifidon-Ola, (nee Waziri).
The deceased was said to have died at an Abuja hospital in the early hours of Sunday after battling an undisclosed ailment.
A source close to the family said that the late Ifidon-ola who would be buried in Abuja on Saturday, is survived by her husband, two kids and her parents, Senator Ajuji Waziri and Mrs. Farida Waziri.
Ade Williams, Waziri’s publicist who confirmed the development said: “Since the incident happened, highly placed Nigerian leaders have been visiting the Waziri family to console them in their Abuja home.” [myad]
