Former Nigeria’s President, Muhammadu Buhari has expressed his sympathy to the immediate past Senate President, Ahmed Lawan over the death of his mother, Hajiya Halima Ibrahim.
In a telephone conversation with Senator Ahmed Lawan today, October 16, Buhari recalled the simplicity and warmth of the deceased Hajiya Halima.
“I’am deeply saddened to learn about the demise of your mother. “My heartfelt condolences are with you in this intense period of grief.”
