Former Senate President, Senator Ken Nnamani, has confessed that impunity and undemocratic were responsible for the death of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) on which platform he contested and won senatorial seat.
Nnamani made this pronouncement today, Sunday when he defected to the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) at his Amaechi ward in Enugu South Council Area of Enugu State.
“If you want to get groceries from the market, you do not send the person who has already left the market, but the one going to the market.”
The former senate President, who had, early last year denounced his membership of the PDP, declared that the party is now dead, unproductive and unprofitable.
He currently heads the Electoral Reform Committee set up by President Muhammadu Buhari last year. [myad]
