Striking Nigerian doctors have agreed to return to work immediately, suspending their two-month-old strike.
The decision to suspend the industrial action was taken at an emergency delegates meeting of the Nigerian Medical Association (NMA) just concluded in the country’s capital, Abuja.
“All doctors are to return to work immediately,” the NMA Chieftains announced. [myad]
