Lagos Government Apologizes For Disruption Of Water Supply

Water shortageThe Lagos State Government has apologized to the people in the state for the discomfort and inconveniences caused during the disruption of water supply in the last few weeks
This is even as it informed the people that the Water Corporation has resumed production and water supply across the State.
A statement by the State’s Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Mr. Steve Ayorinde today said: “the government sincerely appreciates the patience and understanding displayed by the general public as our unrelenting efforts are geared towards ensuring quality, improvement and safety of water supply for the benefit of the residents of Lagos State.” Ayorinde said that Governor Akinwunmi Ambode has empowered the Lagos Water Corporation to ensure a smooth and safe discharge of its duties.
