
Mrs. Salome Abu, who was also a Councillor, was burnt to death in her residence at Ochadamu, Ofu Local Government Area of the state, on November 18.
The spokesman for the state police command, DSP William Aya, who confirmed the arrest to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN), in Lokoja today, November 25, said that the suspects were brought in on Friday.
DSP William Aya said that the police had started interrogating the suspects to ascertain their level of culpability in the death of the woman.
He said that the outcome of the investigation would be made public as soon as it was completed.
President Muhammadu Buhari had, yesterday, November 24, directed the police to arrest the killers of Mrs. Abu with a view to bringing them to justice.
