Nigeria Is Not Anybody’s Personal Estate, Jonathan Reminds Opposition

jonathan-xmasPresident Goodluck Jonathan has reminded politicians in the opposition All Progressives Congress (APC) that Nigeria is not a personal estate of anybody and that no one can lay claim to it more than any other citizen.
The President, who spoke today at the Christmas Church service in Abuja was apparently reacting to the statement credited to the Rivers State governor, Rotimi Amaechi to the effect that if APC loses the 2015 election, it would form a parallel government.
Jonathan said that the only democratical way of forming government is through election, adding that once people vote the politician out, such politician should leave.
According to him, it would be irresponsible for any politician whose interst is to serve the people to create condition that would bring about confusion and violence.
