
Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has disqualified two of the 17 presidential aspirants who presented themselves for screening as per the party’s arrangement.
The chairman of the screening committee, Senator David Mark, who made this known to newsmen today, April 29, in a chat, would not give the identities of the disqualified aspirants and the reasons for their disqualification.
According to him, the aspirants did not meet the requirements to contest for the ticket of the party.
On whether the party will refund the N80 million with which the disqualified aspirants bought the nomination form, Senator David Mark quipped: “why should the party refund the money?”
