The Presidential Election Petitions Court (PEPC) has admitted the final report of the European Union Election Observer Mission which faulted the conduct and outcome of the 2023 presidential poll.
The report has been admitted as exhibit by the election Court.
President Bola Tinubu, the All Progressives Congress (APC) and the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) have vehemently objected to the admissibility of the report.
The counsel to the Presidential Candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in the February 25 presidential poll, Atiku Abubakar, had tendered the report.
In the report, EU claimed that the presidential election did not show credibility, fairness and transparency in the ways and manners in which it was conducted by INEC.
The report tendered through INEC’s sole witness and Director of Information Technology (IT), Lawrence Bayode, said only 31 percent of the presidential election result was uploaded into INEC’s result viewing portal.
In his evidence-in-chief, Bayode admitted that the electoral body has no electronic collation system for election results, hence, the presidential election result was not electronically collated.
The INEC witness admitted that the collation of the presidential election results was done manually by the presiding officers of the electoral body.
Under cross-examination by Atiku Abubakar’s lead counsel, Mr Chris Uche (SAN), the witness admitted that not all the presidential election results were uploaded into INEC’s results viewing centre as of March 1, 2023, when Tinubu was declared and returned as the winner of the February 25 presidential election.
While the witness told the court that there was a technical glitch that affected the uploading of the presidential election results, the witness, however, under cross-examination admitted that such a glitch was not reported to Amazon Web Services (AWS) by the INEC.
Also speaking under cross-examination by Chief Wole Olanipekun (SAN), lead counsel to Tinubu, the witness said that Form EC8A formed the basis of the election results and that data and network service were required for the upload of the images of the results captured by the Bimodal Voters Accreditation System (BVAS) machine.
He further testified that images captured on BVAS, whether transmitted electronically or manually, will not affect the integrity of the election, especially when results entered into Form EC8As are announced to the hearing and knowledge of party agents.
The INEC Director, while answering another question from Olanipekun, said, the February 25 presidential election results announced in favour of Tinubu were “free, fair, transparent and in substantial compliance” with the provisions of the law.
Also under cross-examination by Chief Lateef Fagbemi (SAN), lead counsel to the APC, the witness admitted that glitches were experienced on the election day but said the glitches did not affect the final results and scores of candidates at the elections.
With one witness and four documents tendered, INEC closed its defence in the petition filed by Atiku against the declaration of Tinubu as the winner.
Tinubu is scheduled to open the defence of his victory in the presidential election presided over by Justice Haruna Simon Tsammani.

  1. THE EU MENTIONING NAMES OF INDIVIDUALS IN A REPORT THAT WE ARE SUPPOSED TO TAKE AS A GOSPEL OF TALES AND LIES THAT BETRAYS PARTISANSHIP WITH ILL ULTERIOR MOTIVE SMACKS REALITY AND REASONS INCLUDING ANY SENSIBLE LOGIC.

The names mentioned in the debased report only lists names in one party and none in the other parties that participated in the elections which goes to indicate how flawed and partisan the EU report was and should be cosigned to the garbage.

THE WHOLE WIDE WORLD WAS AWARE OF THE MOB BULLYING TACTICS OF THE SUPPORTERS ACOLYTES AND OFFICERS OF THE OTHER PARTIES WITH THE Lu-pi Elu-pi LP IN PARTICULAR. HOW SUCH ANTICS AND EVIL MACHINATIONS OF THE OPPOSITION OPPOSITE PEOPLE DID NOT MAKE THE FRONT PAGE OF REPORT OF THE CESSPIT OTERWISE KNOWN AS THE EU BEATS THE REST OF US.

THE RUBBISH EU REPORT BETRAYED ITS IMBALANCED SENSE OF JUDGEMENT WITH AN ATTENDANT PARTIALITY. With no mention of the atrocities and missives of the other parties. Truly an agenda of an evil dimension

Who made the EU election arbiters of the world and who still cares a hoot about the partisan NONSENSE with favouritism of a myopic moral corrupt and disingenuous body of bad judges?

Femi Fani-Kayode seems an easy match for both the dirty EU and the RUBBISH called report on the just concluded presidential elections in Nigeria.

INCLUDING, Dele Alake’s REJOINDER AND RESPONSE TO THE – DIRTY DEALING- EU NONSENSE WITH THE MOST APPROPRIATE REPLY YET.

The sanctimonious body of stable of stenches called EU should keep its dirty crooked nosey trash outside the affairs of Nigeria.

THE OMNIUS SIGN HERE HAPPENS UPON THE EU NOT HAPPY WITH THE TURN OF NEW LEAF IN Nigeria. GOES TO SHOW AND BETRAYS THE FACT OF A PREFERED CANDIDATE BY THE JAUNDICED PARTISANSHIP OF THE DIRT BODY WITH WHAT IT PORTENDS FOR THE COUNTRY Nigeria.

Obviously, the EU never liked Nigeria and the new breath of fresh air that has pervaded the country. They never wished us well. Only pretending and that has just been established with the contrived conspiratorial contraptions of a report about the presidential elections in Nigeria,

THE EU SHOULD GET LOST. Nigeria DOES NOT CARE A HOOT ABOUT ITS CORRUPTIBLE ILL JUDGEMENT.

The entire EU junk reeks an unbearable diabolical stench.

I DO NOT KNOW WHO WOULD WANT TO GIVE CREDENCE TO GARBAGE THE MATERIAL OF THE EU!
