Kano Correspondents’ Chapel of the Nigerian Union of Journalists (NUJ) conferred Distinguished Leadership Service Award on Yusuf Ozi-Usman, nipr 33, years after he led the chapel as its pioneer chairman, starting in 1992. The award was conferred on him and others in an organized award night in Kano on Sunday, December 28, 2025. Yusuf Ozi-Usman is currently Editor-in-chief of Greenbarge Reporters online newspaper and hardcopy magazine in Abuja, Nigeria.
