In a statement in Abuja today, Sunday, the President of the Association of Turkish People in Nigeria (ATPEN), Cemal Yigit described Nigerians as kind and loving.
“It is our earnest desire that Nigeria witnesses sustainable growth and peace in the year 2017. We pray for tolerance and peaceful coexistence between all the religious and ethnic groups in the country.”
Mr. Yigit felicitated with President Muhammadu Buhari and wish him more grace and strength “as he pilots the affairs of this great nation in 2017.”
He said that Turkish People in Nigeria is proud of Nigeria and its people, praying that may the gift of peace, love, happiness and warmth envelope Nigeria in the New Year. [myad]
