Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello has warned that he would deal with anyone trying to bring disunity to the State no matter how highly placed.
The governor, who is responding to the recent court judgement delivered by a federal high court on the extension of the Igala Kingdom to Ajaokuta, Lokoja and Koton karfe, at a press conference today, June 5, said that the state would come hard on people trying to segregate the state.
He stressed that the state, since the commencement of his administration has been anchored on unity.
The Governor advised those affected to seek legal means to address their grievance, adding that the state would be hard on those using history to create confusion.
He emphasized that the state would be ruthless on persons no matter how highly placed, saying that the state would not fold it hands to allow for imperialism in this age of civilization.
