That Ramadan and Lent are being observed this year almost simultaneously points to the fact that there is no need for religious acrimony of any sort. Mankind comes from same source – God Almighty! It is not in the place of any man to choose whether to be both a Muslim or a Christian. That prerogative belongs to God. Here are a few beautiful reasons why Ramadan and Lent are vehicles for fostering harmonious coexistence.
